Frequently Asked Questions
Our research team here is constantly on the lookout for what the next top flavor of ice cream, frozen yogurt, or sherbert may be. We also look for customer feedback when we’re developing new flavors for our frozen treats, especially for our limited-edition products. So please let us know what flavors you would like to see because we are always looking for new ideas!
The optimal scooping and serving temperature is between 6 and 10 degrees F. Youshould keep your ice cream frozen between -5 and 0 degrees F. When storing your Ruggles Ice Cream, it is best to avoid keeping it situated in the door since frequent opening and closing can thaw the product and then refreeze it, which can cause ice crystals to form.
We are constantly looking to improve upon and develop new products, so we often end the circulation of less popular ice cream flavors to make room for the next new and exciting ones. Stores are also limited on the amount of frozen products they display, so it may come down to that particular store not having the space to carry an item.
